Detailed Description

This class implements an algebraic multigrid (AMG) preconditioner based on the Trilinos MueLu implementation, which is a black-box preconditioner that works well for many PDE-based linear problems. The interface of PreconditionerAMGMueLu is the same as the interface of PreconditionerAMG except for the higher_order_elements parameter which does not exist in PreconditionerAMGMueLu.

Note
You need to configure Trilinos with MueLU support for this preconditioner to work.
At the moment 64bit-indices are not supported.

This interface should not be considered as stable.

The reason is that what this class stores is only who subscribes to this object, but who does so at the time of storing the contents of this object does not necessarily have anything to do with who subscribes to the object when it is restored. Consequently, we do not want to overwrite the subscribers at the time of restoring, and then there is no reason to write the subscribers out in the first place.
