Detailed Description

Invent an object which compares two internal::TriangulationImplementation::TriaObject<2> against each other. This comparison is needed in order to establish a map of TriaObject<2> to iterators in the Triangulation<3,3>::create_triangulation function.

Since this comparison is not canonical, we do not include it into the general internal::TriangulationImplementation::TriaObject<2> class.
