Evaluate the Gamma function \( \Gamma(n) = (n-1)! \).

const int beta )

Compute Legendre-Gauss-Lobatto quadrature weights. The quadrature points and weights are related to Jacobi polynomial specified by alpha, beta. x denotes the quadrature points.
