Implementation of scalar, discontinuous tensor product elements based on Lagrange polynomials with arbitrary nodes. The primary purpose of this class is to provide an element for which the mass matrix can be made diagonal by choosing basis functions that are not either zero or one at the vertices of the cell, but instead are zero or one at a given set of quadrature points. If this set of quadrature points is then also used in integrating the mass matrix, then it will be diagonal. The number of quadrature points automatically determines the polynomial degree chosen for this element. The typical applications are the Gauss quadrature or the Gauss-Lobatto quadrature (provided through the base class).
